Privacy Protect
Protect the personal information associated with your domain
What is Privacy Protect?
Did you know that when you register a domain on the internet, your full name, address, email, and phone number are public information on the internet? It doesn't have to be this way; protect your personal information from prying eyes!
What information becomes public when registering a domain?
Any domain registered on the internet, regardless of its extension (.com / .net / .org / etc), provides publicly accessible information about the person who registered it; information such as name, address, and phone number is available to anyone.
Where is this information visible?
On any public Whois database, for example: www.who.is
Make sure to verify the accuracy of the information on Whois, as not all of it is up-to-date and may display incorrect information.
How do I get Privacy Protect?
To purchase identity protection, you need to have a domain registered with Artehosting. If you don't have a domain yet, click here and during the process, make sure to select the protection option.
If you already have a registered domain, go to your account and then to Domains > My Domains. Once there, you should manage the relevant domain and, in the left vertical menu, select "Add-Ons," where you can acquire the service immediately.
