For the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice, we may collect the following categories of personal data:
Identification data:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Nationality
- Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC)
- Unique Population Registry Code (CURP)
Contact data:
- Full address (street, number, neighborhood, postal code, city, state, country)
- Email address
- Landline and/or mobile phone number
Tax and billing data:
- Legal name (for legal entities)
- Tax address
- Tax regime
- CFDI usage
Important: Webzi does NOT store sensitive financial data such as credit or debit card numbers. Payments are processed directly by certified payment platforms (Stripe, PayPal, Mercado Pago) under their own PCI-DSS security standards.
3. Purposes of Data Processing
Primary purposes (necessary for the contractual relationship):
- Create and manage your customer account
- Provide hosting, domain, SSL certificate, and related services that you have contracted
- Process payments and issue electronic invoices (CFDI)
- Register domains in your name with the corresponding registrars
- Provide technical support and customer service
- Send notifications related to your services (expirations, renewals, scheduled maintenance)
- Comply with legal and tax obligations
- Respond to requests from competent authorities
Secondary purposes (not necessary, but legitimate):
- Send promotional communications about new products and services
- Conduct satisfaction and quality surveys
- Compile statistics and usage analysis of our services
If you do not wish your personal data to be processed for secondary purposes, you may express this by sending an email to abuse@webzi.mx with the subject "Opposition to secondary purposes". This refusal will not affect the provision of contracted services.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred to and processed within and outside the country by the following entities and for the purposes indicated:

Note: Webzi operates its customer management platform on its own servers. We do not transfer your information to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes without your express consent.
5. ARCO Rights
You have the right to know what personal data we hold, what we use it for, and the conditions of its use (Access). Likewise, it is your right to request correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); to have it deleted from our records or databases when you consider it is not being used properly (Cancellation); as well as to oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights.
To exercise any of the ARCO rights, you must submit a request containing:
- Full name of the data subject
- Address or email to communicate the response
- Documents proving your identity (copy of INE/IFE, passport, or valid official document)
- Clear and precise description of the personal data for which you seek to exercise any of the ARCO rights
- Any document or information that facilitates the location of your personal data

The exercise of ARCO rights is free of charge. Charges may only be made to cover reproduction costs, shipping, or, where applicable, document certification, as established in the LFPDPPP.
6. Revocation of Consent
You may revoke the consent you have given us for the processing of your personal data, so that we stop using them. To do so, you must send a request to abuse@webzi.mx with the subject "Revocation of Consent", including the same requirements as for exercising ARCO rights.
Important: Revocation of consent may result in the impossibility of continuing to provide you with the contracted services, since personal data is necessary for their execution.
7. Limitation of Use and Disclosure
If you wish to limit the use or disclosure of your personal data, particularly to stop receiving promotional communications, you can send an email to abuse@webzi.mx with the subject "Limitation of data use" or log into your customer area and modify your communication preferences.
8. Use of Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and other tracking technologies to improve your browsing experience, analyze site usage, and personalize content. For detailed information about what cookies we use and how to manage them, please see our Cookie Policy.
Analytics technologies we use:
- Google Analytics: We use this Google LLC service to analyze traffic and user behavior on our website. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information anonymously and generate reports on website trends. 9. Security Measures
Webzi has implemented administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or processing. Among the implemented measures are:
- SSL/TLS encryption in all communications
- Password storage using secure hashing algorithms
- Restricted access to personal data only to authorized personnel
- Firewalls and intrusion detection systems

- Staff training on data protection matters
10. Changes to the Privacy Notice
We reserve the right to make modifications or updates to this Privacy Notice at any time, to address legislative developments, internal policies, or new requirements for the provision of our services.
Any modification to this Privacy Notice will be notified to you through:

- Publication on our website in this same section
- Notice in your customer area upon login
It is the responsibility of the data subject to keep their contact information updated to receive corresponding notifications.
