Discover the convenience of setting up your email on mobile devices and computers simultaneously. Take advantage of device synchronization to access your email anytime, anywhere, keeping your inbox organized and up-to-date at all times. Simplify your digital life and maximize productivity with this practical setup.
Regardless of the email client you use, whether it's on iOS, Android, Windows, or Mac, the basic settings remain the same.
POP3 or IMAP?
- POP3 (Not recommended): Downloads a copy of the email to the device without synchronization.
- IMAP (Recommended): Allows synchronization across all devices. If you read, mark as read, or send an email from one device, it will be reflected on all.
I'll guide you through the setup process using IMAP, initially, which is recommended due to its synchronization capability.
IMAP Configuration (Recommended)
Incoming Server:
- Domain: `yourdomain.com` (replace with your own domain)
- Port: `993` with SSL/TLS encryption
Outgoing Server:
- Domain: `yourdomain.com` (replace with your own domain)
- Port: `465` with SSL/TLS encryption
Alternative IMAP Configuration (If the above doesn't work):
- Incoming Server: `yourdomain.com`
- Port: `143` without encryption
- Outgoing Server: `yourdomain.com`
- Port: `26` without SSL/TLS encryption
POP3 Configuration (Not recommended)
Incoming Server:
- Domain: `yourdomain.com` (replace with your own domain)
- Port: `995` with SSL/TLS encryption
Outgoing Server:
- Domain: `yourdomain.com` (replace with your own domain)
- Port: `465` with SSL/TLS encryption
Alternative POP3 Configuration (If the above doesn't work):
- Incoming Server: `yourdomain.com`
- Port: `110` without encryption
- Outgoing Server: `yourdomain.com`

Important Notes:
- Be sure to replace `yourdomain.com` with your own domain.
- IMAP is always preferable due to its synchronization and flexibility.
